Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simon Bannenbusch started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the KFC Uerdingen 05 defense, Ödön Szily kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tymoteusz Mios. The KFC Uerdingen 05 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tymoteusz Mios should have stopped the shot. 6 minutes into the game, Niculae Ungureanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tymoteusz Mios. Niculae Ungureanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Andriy Lunin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Bannenbusch in the 9th minute of play. When KFC Uerdingen 05's Simon Bannenbusch in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalie prevented a goal. KFC Uerdingen 05 were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arseniy Bokatyuk took the corner. KFC Uerdingen 05's Zhao Fei Ling was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andriy Lunin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heinz Rummel in the 12th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Andriy Lunin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Gencer Hisarcık. Tymoteusz Mios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ödön Szily in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Niculae Ungureanu made a precise shot to the right of Tymoteusz Mios. KFC Uerdingen 05's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Andriy Lunin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wofgang Kopitz in the 20th minute of play. Tymoteusz Mios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niculae Ungureanu in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Mios had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niculae Ungureanu. In the 31st minute Simon Bannenbusch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Lunin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Heinz Rummel managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 45 minutes into the game, Zhao Fei Ling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Uerdingen 05's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. the free kick. The supporters of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. booed when KFC Uerdingen 05 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhao Fei Ling didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saltuk Askeroğlu to make the kick off. Tymoteusz Mios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ödön Szily, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Simon Bannenbusch 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Andriy Lunin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. from getting a goal against them. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Andriy Lunin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wofgang Kopitz in the 60th minute of play. Henning Fink's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tymoteusz Mios read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arseniy Bokatyuk got free with Andriy Lunin in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 75 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho Alagoano. KFC Uerdingen 05's Artemio Banegas was substituted for Simon Bannenbusch. Chiquinho Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Andriy Lunin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artemio Banegas. Tymoteusz Mios came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Ödön Szily. But to his dismay, Ödön Szily quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 88 minutes into the game, Niculae Ungureanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Tymoteusz Mios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andriy Lunin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Banegas in the 95th minute of play. In the 95th match minute, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Schlotter to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. had won after a very even match.
