With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignaz Pisula prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chiquinho Alagoano ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, KFC Uerdingen 05's goal looked a bit too open when Thibaut Zengers came free, but Tymoteusz Mios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to KFC Uerdingen 05 getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gencer Hisarcık hit a great ball. Tymoteusz Mios made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Csaba Takács sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Bannenbusch made a kick off. Thibaut Zengers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Simon Bannenbusch sped through KF Trepça's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ignaz Pisula. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Bannenbusch got free with Ignaz Pisula in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tymoteusz Mios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachary Piczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chiquinho Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artemio Banegas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignaz Pisula having to make a save. Ignaz Pisula came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Uerdingen 05's Artemio Banegas. But to his dismay, Artemio Banegas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. A collision led to KFC Uerdingen 05 getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Arseniy Bokatyuk hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. KFC Uerdingen 05 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
