After 13 minutes of play, Lex Academy's Mojmír Houška made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zbyněk Ticháček was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Lex Academy's Bernardo Novaes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zbyněk Ticháček. That made the score 2-0 after 17 minutes of play. FC Blue Twister Liberec's Zbyněk Ticháček proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC Blue Twister Liberec from getting a goal against them. If Ali Emir Devan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, FC Blue Twister Liberec's goalkeeper Zbyněk Ticháček had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Novaes. After 25 minutes FC Blue Twister Liberec's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roman Jursa who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Lex Academy's Otmar Schovánek got a free kick in the 25th minute. Tomáš Houdek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Carlos Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Novaes in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbyněk Ticháček saved FC Blue Twister Liberec from getting behind. Lex Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roman Jursa in the 34th minute. In the 43rd minute Lex Academy were awarded a corner. Roman Jursa went to the cornerflag to take it. Mojmír Houška was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Mojmír Houška kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Bernardo Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lex Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Novaes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbyněk Ticháček breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Emir Devan made a kick off. Bernardo Novaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, FC Blue Twister Liberec's Tomáš Houdek threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Juan Carlos Messi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58thth minute of the game Bernardo Novaes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Blue Twister Liberec's Zbyněk Ticháček was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Blue Twister Liberec's goalkeeper Zbyněk Ticháček, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wojciech Rutecki in the 66th minute of play forced Lex Academy's goalkeeper Tomáš Houdek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Novaes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbyněk Ticháček read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Tomáš Houdek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Carlos Messi in the 72nd minute of the match. FC Blue Twister Liberec made a substitution. Bernardo Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyněk Ticháček having to interfere. The supporters of FC Blue Twister Liberec booed when Lex Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Wyrostek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Pavel Janis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomáš Houdek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Novaes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbyněk Ticháček read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play.
