In the 14th minute, Leon Pěnčík left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Robert Šedinas short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Tomáš Houdek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Robert Šedina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Šedina got free with Tomáš Houdek in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leon Pěnčík might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomáš Houdek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Pěnčík ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Lex Academy's Tomáš Houdek got control of the ball when Robert Šedina tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Robert Šedina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lex Academy booed when Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shi Yang Sha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lex Academy's Otmar Schovánek managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Shi Yang Sha in the 42 minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Bernardo Novaes made the kick off in the second half. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Erasmo Diegotxe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho from getting a goal against them. Robert Šedina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Novaes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erasmo Diegotxe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Paco Arzola hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Bernardo Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lex Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Novaes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Diegotxe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Bernardo Novaes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lex Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 65 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Boukjan Bunt came free, but Tomáš Houdek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Novaes in the 67th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Lex Academy's Bernardo Novaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erasmo Diegotxe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Lex Academy made a substitution. Radomir Wyrostek replaced Fausto Castulo. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Jan Fabian was substituted for Petr Martinů. Lex Academy's Leo Štengl was substituted for Paco Arzola. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho made a substitution. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Šedina in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomáš Houdek saved Lex Academy from getting behind. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Erasmo Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Novaes in the 82nd minute of play. Erasmo Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Novaes in the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's zone, Bernardo Novaes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Diegotxe came out of the goal and Bernardo Novaes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Lex Academy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
