Thomás Linares came out of the goal and Bartolomé Perpiñán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Iosub came free, but Thomás Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thomás Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcu Iosub, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Thomás Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonid Afteni in the 33rd minute of play. With a little luck, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Yanick Knecht got control of the ball when Remus Vermeşan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aydın Bilgiç got free with Thomás Linares in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Zdzislaw Rekowski got a free kick in the 91st minute. 96 minutes into the game, Marcu Iosub recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomás Linares. Marcu Iosub showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. When the final whistle sounded LIVIUS UNITED MLS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ASF BAIA MARE -MM-.
