The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Güralp Zümer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victor Piţurcă showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 5 minute of play. Emerald's Victor Piţurcă got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from 武真棋 in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Emerald's Cristoforo Grandis. 12 minutes into the match, UFC Tariverde's goalkeeper Güralp Zümer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Piţurcă. Victor Piţurcă might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Güralp Zümer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Piţurcă ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14th minute, Ferdinand Condrea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Piţurcă in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güralp Zümer saved UFC Tariverde from getting behind. In the 17th minute Emerald were awarded a corner. Gabriel Vermeşan went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Emerald's corner Gabriel Vermeşan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Güralp Zümer quite easily take care of the ball. Victor Piţurcă might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Güralp Zümer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Piţurcă ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Emerald's Victor Piţurcă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Güralp Zümer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Güralp Zümer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Piţurcă went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the game, 武真棋 threw the ball into play from the sideline. Emerald's Damian Furlit quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With his leg Güralp Zümer managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Emerald's Victor Piţurcă fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Victor Piţurcă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Güralp Zümer made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, UFC Tariverde's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Piţurcă came free, but Güralp Zümer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Piţurcă struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Güralp Zümer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Emerald. 40 minutes into the game, Victor Piţurcă recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Güralp Zümer. Victor Piţurcă showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Victor Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th minute Victor Piţurcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güralp Zümer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from 武真棋 in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Emerald's Ferdinand Condrea. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 曾凡谦 made a kick off. Güralp Zümer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Piţurcă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by 曾凡谦 in the 53rd minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper 彭树邦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Victor Piţurcă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UFC Tariverde's Güralp Zümer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When 武真棋 fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UFC Tariverde's protests and gave 武真棋 a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Emerald booed when UFC Tariverde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. 武真棋 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Carioca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Güralp Zümer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind UFC Tariverde's goalkeeper Güralp Zümer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Emerald fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Emerald's Victor Piţurcă looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Güralp Zümer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 68th minute of play. 武真棋 made in the 71st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Emerald's Damian Furlit. Güralp Zümer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Victor Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 武真棋 made in the 75th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ionuț Balc. 76 minutes into the match, UFC Tariverde's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Piţurcă came free, but Güralp Zümer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Piţurcă might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Güralp Zümer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After taking down the ball on Emerald's corner Ferdinand Condrea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Güralp Zümer quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Ferdinand Condrea sped through UFC Tariverde's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Güralp Zümer. Victor Piţurcă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Güralp Zümer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Emerald's Victor Piţurcă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Güralp Zümer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Victor Piţurcă put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Güralp Zümer. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UFC Tariverde! UFC Tariverde:s Güralp Zümer showed great skill when he stopped Matei Félix Júnior:s penalty. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Emerald had played much better football throughout.
