Armada's Filomeno Igon got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filomeno Igon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute Costică Chiriloaie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Miheș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filomeno Igon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Costin Giugiuc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Ma Feng Sen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Armada's Cristi Miheș got control of the ball when Costică Chiriloaie tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Igon in the 24th minute of play forced A.C. Milan's goalkeeper Costin Giugiuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armada's Cristi Miheș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Chiriloaie in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Costică Chiriloaie got free with Cristi Miheș in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Igon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Costin Giugiuc was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Costin Giugiuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Igon in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute of the match Armada got a corner. A.C. Milan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. He Wei Feng ran over to the corner to take the kick. Armada's David Bitănescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Costin Giugiuc in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Costin Giugiuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Bitănescu in the 42nd minute of the match.

After 53 minutes A.C. Milan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was He Wei Feng who took care of the corner kick. Cristi Miheș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Gheară, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. David Bitănescu hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Cristi Miheș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumitru Zdrăilă in the 61st minute of the match. Ma Feng Sen charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ma Feng Sen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ma Feng Sen to maneuver through the defense. Costin Giugiuc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filomeno Igon in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Costin Giugiuc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Armada defense, Emil Gheară kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristi Miheș. The Armada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristi Miheș should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Filomeno Igon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armada's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Igon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costin Giugiuc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A.C. Milan were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
