The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurel Zeciu got free with Victor Ologu in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raureni Academy's Pompiliu Andrițoiu got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, CF REALCipri's Aurel Zeciu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Victor Ologu. Victor Ologu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The supporters of Raureni Academy booed when CF REALCipri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Florescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Aurel Zeciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Ologu was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Victor Ologu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valeriu Marin in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Valeriu Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Ologu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stelian Voineag hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Victor Ologu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Florescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valeriu Marin in the 35th minute of play forced Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Victor Ologu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Octavian Florescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victor Ologu, 7-0. 43 minutes into the game, Valeriu Marin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Victor Ologu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pompiliu Andrițoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

The wind increased when Pompiliu Andrițoiu made the kick off in the second half. Cristinel Tomozei hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 53 minutes of play, CF REALCipri's Valeriu Marin made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Ologu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valeriu Marin went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. CF REALCipri's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
