In the 42ndth minute of the game Gino Galante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balaceanu UFC's Dorin Orghidan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ubarna Harroyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorin Orghidan was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. 46 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Balaceanu UFC's Roch Bury fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. Dorin Orghidan came out of the goal and Gino Galante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander got control of the ball when Dorin Zăreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan-Åke Emander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorin Zăreanu in the 71st minute. After 74 played minutes The Owls got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Karp.
