The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Tapalagă came free, but Gabriel Postelnicescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costin Stănculescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Popcorn Miner, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Costin Stănculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Popcorn Miner in the 7th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Adevarul Pur's goal looked a bit too open when Simula Miner came free, but Costin Stănculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Postelnicescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pompiliu Cobzeanu in the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Vit Miner got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simula Miner in the 29th minute of play forced Adevarul Pur's goalkeeper Costin Stănculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Costin came free, but Gabriel Postelnicescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costin Stănculescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Popcorn Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costin Stănculescu came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Popcorn Miner. But to his dismay, Popcorn Miner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 40 minutes, Popcorn Miner made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Adevarul Pur's Costin Stănculescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simula Miner in the 43rd minute of play forced Adevarul Pur's goalkeeper Costin Stănculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM booed when Adevarul Pur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihăiţă Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Simula Miner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Stănculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costin Stănculescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beat Miner, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Costin Stănculescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vit Miner got free with Costin Stănculescu in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Costin Stănculescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Vit Miner slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Costin Stănculescu. That made the score 0-5 after 61 minutes of play. 67 minutes into the match, Adevarul Pur's goal looked a bit too open when Popcorn Miner came free, but Costin Stănculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Popcorn Miner got free with Costin Stănculescu in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vit Miner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Costin Stănculescu made a huge save. Gabriel Postelnicescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Cobzeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the Adevarul Pur defense, Simula Miner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Costin Stănculescu. The Adevarul Pur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costin Stănculescu should have stopped the shot. The Adevarul Pur fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
