Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Peretu City 09's Marco Millrick started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Peretu City 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Millrick to maneuver through the defense. Francesco Toldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Narcis Voinescu in the 3rd minute. Narcis Voinescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Toldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Francesco Toldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narcis Voinescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes, Gheorghe Comăneci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Luck and the Peretu City 09 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Marco Millrick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roch Cieslak was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. If Sever Patriciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Narcis Voinescu came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the FC Luck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narcis Voinescu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 16 minutes, Marco Millrick managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peretu City 09's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Millrick was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Luck's Gheorghe Comăneci got his second yellow card of the match in the 17th minute. The referee ordered Gheorghe Comăneci off the ground. In the 18th match minute, FC Luck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Comăneci to maneuver through the defense. When Truls Roll came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Peretu City 09 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Truls Roll couldn't finish the play. After 21 minutes of play, Peretu City 09's Ramiro Paul made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roch Cieslak was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the game, Peretu City 09's Ramiro Paul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Cieslak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Francesco Toldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sever Patriciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Francesco Toldo came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Luck's Sever Patriciu. But to his dismay, Sever Patriciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Roch Cieslak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Millrick went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Ramiro Paul made a precise shot to the right of Roch Cieslak. FC Luck's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sever Patriciu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roch Cieslak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramiro Paul in the 52nd minute. A hard shot 59 in the game by Ramiro Paul from a close distance when the talented Roch Cieslak managed to make a qualified save. FC Luck's players were relieved. 59 minutes into the game, Ramiro Paul lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Roch Cieslak. Roch Cieslak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramiro Paul went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Roch Cieslak made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Ramiro Paul sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Ramiro Paul ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roch Cieslak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. If Thiago Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, FC Luck's goalkeeper Roch Cieslak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramiro Paul. In the 81st minute, Peretu City 09's Ramiro Paul ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roch Cieslak. Roch Cieslak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. Peretu City 09's Cristian de Lima was substituted for Marco Millrick. FC Luck's Roch Cieslak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save FC Luck from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, FC Luck's Roch Cieslak got control of the ball when Ramiro Paul tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Ramiro Paul recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roch Cieslak. Ramiro Paul showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-9. Roch Cieslak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Paul in the 94th minute of the match. When the match was over Peretu City 09 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Luck throughout the match.
