With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Augusto Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Simared -MM-'s Alex Purcaru got a free kick in the 9th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s Mattias Tingelholm slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ernest Cazimir. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Ernest Cazimir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Lucescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s Zé Augusto Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Miron in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Fc Camerunul ★DAC★ booed when Simared -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Purcaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Şerbănoiu in the 34th minute of play forced Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s goalkeeper Zé Augusto Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mattias Tingelholm got free with Ernest Cazimir in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernest Cazimir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicu Lucescu in the 38th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Gheorghe Şerbănoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simared -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gheorghe Şerbănoiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fc Camerunul ★DAC★'s Mattias Tingelholm got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Hilmi Acarer hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narcis Dragalina made a kick off. After 55 minutes Simared -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Horaţiu Amânaloae who took care of the corner kick. Simared -MM-'s Ernest Cazimir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Hondo in the 57th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Mattias Tingelholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ernest Cazimir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fc Camerunul ★DAC★ made a substitution. Li Ke replaced Horaţiu Amânaloae. A collision led to Simared -MM- getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Silviu Miron hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the game, Li Ke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ernest Cazimir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Simared -MM-'s Matei Humă was substituted for Alex Purcaru. Ernest Cazimir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Hondo in the 87th minute of the match.
