The FC Oltul Slatina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Lovinescu should have stopped the shot. FC Oltul Slatina's Aurel Isaia was substituted for Gaudencio Ubarna. The audience was convinced that Sorin Bârlă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Lovinescu was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
