After 30 minutes of play, Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Ionuț Nicolescu made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marius Bălașa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Lipan in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sorin Lipan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicodim Zogreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Marius Bălașa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
