Dinu Medrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Ares in the 6th minute of play. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jack Ares sped through Fan PC Servicii's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dinu Medrea. Dinu Medrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dinu Pelin's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Manuel Boteanu's late challenge caught a Fan PC Servicii's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Boteanu helped the player get up and apologised. Manuel Boteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Fan PC Servicii getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Cristian Petran hit a great ball. Dinu Medrea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Pelin in the 26th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Granicerul's Jack Ares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinu Medrea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 36thth minute of the game Dinu Pelin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fan PC Servicii's Dinu Medrea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fan PC Servicii's Vadim Tudor got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fan PC Servicii! After some careless play in the Fan PC Servicii defense, Valeriu Zoreanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dinu Medrea. The Fan PC Servicii fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dinu Medrea should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quique Olivera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Nechifor Antonescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Vuia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 52 minutes, Quique Olivera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fan PC Servicii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quique Olivera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 56th minute of the match Manuel Boteanu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Manuel Boteanu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 57th match minute, Granicerul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Boteanu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Vadim Tudor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fan PC Servicii's supporters rose to their feet, but Vadim Tudor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Vuia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fan PC Servicii's Dinu Medrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Ares in the 60th minute of play. Dinu Medrea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iordache Ioneasa in the 66th minute. Manole Colin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dinu Medrea came out and tried to block the shot, but Manole Colin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 72nd minute. Iordache Ioneasa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 79th playminute. In the 89th minute of the match Granicerul got a corner. Fan PC Servicii's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valeriu Zoreanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Granicerul's Valeriu Zoreanu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dinu Medrea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dinu Medrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Colin in the 91st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jack Ares in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinu Medrea saved Fan PC Servicii from getting behind.
