After 6 minutes Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Virgil Olariu managed, with a little bit of luck, save Gavino Urdin's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 6th minute, Gavino Urdin made a precise shot to the right of Virgil Olariu. Paralia Athens's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 11th minute Oskar Skoglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Olariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Urdin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Virgil Olariu made a huge save. Virgil Olariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Skoglund in the 15th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Renos Papageorgiou heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Paralia Athens's Virgil Olariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Urdin in the 31st minute of play. Vasile Enciulescu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ke Zhou Yuan hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Paralia Athens's zone, Cosmin Urdăreanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgil Olariu came out of the goal and Cosmin Urdăreanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Cosmin Urdăreanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute Gavino Urdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Olariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgil Olariu made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cosmin Urdăreanu sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the game, Cosmin Urdăreanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Virgil Olariu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Virgil Olariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Urdăreanu in the 45th minute of the match. Renos Papageorgiou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes Paralia Athens got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Moura. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Urdin was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petru Văidianu during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ booed when Paralia Athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Văidianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hannes Albäck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oskar Skoglund took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgil Olariu. Virgil Olariu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After 59 minutes of play, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Gavino Urdin made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgil Olariu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Mike Cai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hannes Albäck was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Renos Papageorgiou put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Virgil Olariu. Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ made a substitution. Cristian Grozuță replaced Renos Papageorgiou. After 75 minutes, Agostinho Moura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paralia Athens and the Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Paralia Athens's Mike Cai got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 80 minutes, Rolf Biörling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paralia Athens and the Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Rolf Biörling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgil Olariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Urdăreanu in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the game, Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽'s Cosmin Urdăreanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgil Olariu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Ivan Stanciu struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. The supporters of Bayern Cavnic ⚽ MM ⚽ booed when Paralia Athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Nedelcea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgil Olariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Skoglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mike Cai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virgil Olariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Skoglund in the 94th minute of the match. Cristian Grozuță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Olariu having to interfere. If Cosmin Urdăreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
