Irinel Soneriu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Ploieșteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrei Joita during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Andrei Joita hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Constantin Istrătescu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Florilor United's Nechifor Zbuchea got control of the ball when Yetkiner Yasun tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yetkiner Yasun got free with Nechifor Zbuchea in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nechifor Zbuchea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yetkiner Yasun in the 21st minute. The supporters of FC Lutanu booed when Florilor United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Orădan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nechifor Zbuchea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yetkiner Yasun in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Enrico Brunetta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Soneriu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irinel Soneriu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrico Brunetta's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Nechifor Zbuchea was a little too slow when Yetkiner Yasun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yetkiner Yasun made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Enrico Brunetta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Irinel Soneriu made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Fernando Lucas sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute Șerban Rusu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Soneriu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irinel Soneriu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Șerban Rusu in the 55th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Florilor United's Enrico Brunetta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Irinel Soneriu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Thanks to some nice moves Enrico Brunetta could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Irinel Soneriu however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Lucas in the 67th minute of play forced FC Lutanu's goalkeeper Irinel Soneriu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Florilor United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Brunetta to maneuver through the defense. Florilor United's Vaggelis Tsiartas was substituted for Pavel Ploieșteanu. The FC Lutanu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Irinel Soneriu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaggelis Tsiartas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Florilor United got a freekick which was hit by Filip Scorţea. Nechifor Zbuchea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yetkiner Yasun, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
