After taking down the ball on Champions Iasi's corner Isac Muntian fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ilie Brumaru quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Romero got free with Ilie Brumaru in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilie Brumaru was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Remington Dobson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilie Brumaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Ilie Brumaru was a little too slow when Remington Dobson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ilie Brumaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remington Dobson went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Rouven Nussli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandu Bărbânță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pontus Fagrell got free with Ilie Brumaru in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacinto Romero succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-0 in the 34th playminute. 38 minutes in the game Octav Buta did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sandu Bărbânță. After 41 minutes FC Cosula-BTF-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Isac Muntian who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Isac Muntian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru did a great save. Ilie Brumaru made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Remington Dobson sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Sergiu Rădoi got a free kick in the 46th minute. After 47 played minutes Champions Iasi got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Crăciunaș. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jacinto Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Remington Dobson came free, but Ilie Brumaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilie Brumaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Romero in the 55th minute of play. Sandu Bărbânță in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rouven Nussli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 59th minute, Sergiu Rădoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Remington Dobson sped through FC Cosula-BTF-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ilie Brumaru. In the 81st match minute, Champions Iasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Muntian to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Remington Dobson made a precise shot to the right of Ilie Brumaru. FC Cosula-BTF-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when Champions Iasi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basarab Alexandru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92ndth minute of the game Remington Dobson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ilie Brumaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led to Champions Iasi's Harri Takavirta getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sergiu Rădoi hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Champions Iasi fully deserved thier win.
