An unexpectedly hard shot by Remington Dobson in the 75th minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Igor Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remington Dobson in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Kelemen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 81 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Romero came free, but Igor Kelemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Jacinto Romero put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Igor Kelemen. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti made a substitution. Diego Tristan replaced Rareș Hănescu. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ionuț Contra got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 93rd match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Stoian to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Champions Iasi booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugur Bejan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Champions Iasi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Batalionul U23 Dorobanti had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
