Spectators: 185 (Terracing: 140, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tiberiu Caramarin kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Club Sportiv Medgidia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurențiu Boldur to maneuver through the defense. Nicu Arghirescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicodim Orășan in the 5th minute. Nicu Arghirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Seremet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Sportiv Medgidia's Nicu Arghirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sportiv Medgidia from getting a goal against them. MIT's Calistrat Madgearu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Cămărășan in the 22nd minute of play. Nicu Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 24th minute of play. Horea Aplugăriței kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Nicodim Orășan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee showed Eduard Vasîlca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 38 played minutes Club Sportiv Medgidia got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Vasîlca. Nicu Arghirescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiberiu Caramarin went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Nicu Arghirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodim Orășan in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Caramarin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicu Arghirescu. Club Sportiv Medgidia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiberiu Caramarin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Nicodim Orășans short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Nicu Arghirescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisc Cămărășan to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Tiberiu Caramarin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Nicodim Orășan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Arghirescu having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play, MIT's Nicodim Orășan made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicu Arghirescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! MIT made a substitution. David Tunander replaced Dorin Banu. 72 minutes into the game, Nicodim Orășan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Nicu Arghirescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the match, David Tunander notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Club Sportiv Medgidia's Nicu Arghirescu. Nicu Arghirescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute, Laurențiu Boldur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicodim Orășan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that MIT were the better team. MIT's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
