After some careless play in the AFC Koolkerke defense, Benny Van der Poorten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulises Steven. The AFC Koolkerke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulises Steven should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Robertinho Carabajal could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Jerome Ngake however easily saved by the left post. Joaquin Lekubegi took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulises Steven. Ulises Steven dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 19th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Jerome Ngake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robertinho Carabajal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Jerome Ngake made a huge save. The supporters of AFC Koolkerke booed when FC Draconia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Jerome Ngake managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ulises Steven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Lekubegi in the 28th minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, FC Draconia's Ignacio Quinteros made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulises Steven was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Robertinho Carabajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Lekubegi in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Robbin Dirickx got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half FC Draconia were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, AFC Koolkerke's Christer Sunde seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Christer Sunde the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AFC Koolkerke protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Christer Sunde had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of AFC Koolkerke:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Draconia:s goal. When the match had been going on for 55 minutes, FC Draconia's Ignacio Quinteros got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ulises Steven. After a rather tough play, AFC Koolkerke's Víktor Veloso got a free kick in the 57th minute. Jerome Ngake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robertinho Carabajal, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute Joaquin Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 played minutes FC Draconia got a freekick which was hit by Benny Van der Poorten. FC Draconia made a substitution. Adrià Vassaras replaced Benny Van der Poorten. FC Draconia's Gregoire Decorte was substituted for Joaquin Lekubegi. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Benny Van der Poorten got a free kick in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Smits in the 73rd minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Jerome Ngake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Víktor Veloso's late challenge caught a FC Draconia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Víktor Veloso helped the player get up and apologised. Víktor Veloso kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Gregoire Decorte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ulises Steven made a huge save. After 76 played minutes AFC Koolkerke got a freekick which was hit by Víktor Veloso. With a little luck, AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven got control of the ball when Adrià Vassaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Robbin Dirickx threw the ball into play from the sideline. AFC Koolkerke's Tang Di Nan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 87thth minute of the game Robertinho Carabajal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 91st minute Adrià Vassaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Adrià Vassaras notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven. Ulises Steven was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 98 minutes, Ulises Steven successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ulises Steven made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregoire Decorte in the 99th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Draconia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
