In the 4th minute Ignacio Quinteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne De Munck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute of the match, Janes Verhoeven got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jerome Ngake was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Suikerklontjes's Arne De Munck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benny Van der Poorten in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Suikerklontjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar De Meyer to maneuver through the defense. In the 27thth minute of the game Johannes Weijnandts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute, Gorbea Castejana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Suikerklontjes's Jean-Louis Vereyt tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jerome Ngake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Weijnandts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerome Ngake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Weijnandts in the 30th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, FC Draconia's Ignacio Quinteros made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne De Munck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arne De Munck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Lekubegi went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Quinteros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arne De Munck was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After 44 played minutes Suikerklontjes got a freekick which was hit by Brend De Block. 46 minutes into the match, Joaquin Lekubegi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne De Munck. Suikerklontjes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquin Lekubegi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Quinteros was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Suikerklontjes getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Reinaud Rouckeloos hit a great ball. Arne De Munck was a little too slow when Ignacio Quinteros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Ignacio Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Janes Verhoeven was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suikerklontjes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Draconia the free kick. The supporters of FC Draconia booed when Suikerklontjes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janes Verhoeven didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne De Munck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregoire Decorte in the 75th minute. FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Weijnandts in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Suikerklontjes's goalkeeper Arne De Munck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregoire Decorte. In the 78th minute Ignacio Quinteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne De Munck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne De Munck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The supporters of FC Draconia booed when Suikerklontjes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Louis Vereyt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Suikerklontjes's goal looked a bit too open when Adrià Vassaras came free, but Arne De Munck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerome Ngake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janes Verhoeven in the 91st minute of the match. FC Draconia's Harald Sulems managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Peter-Jan Pelgrims in the 93 minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Quinteros got free with Arne De Munck in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Draconia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
