The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Oper kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rocky De Strijcker. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Rocky De Strijcker had great luck who in the 11thth minute grab hold of the ball when Andres Oper from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 14 minutes into the match, F.C. Kilisspor's goal looked a bit too open when Léo Zanette came free, but Rocky De Strijcker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rocky De Strijcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léo Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rocky De Strijcker made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Octavio Ordono sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Ordono got free with Rocky De Strijcker in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rocky De Strijcker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Oper in the 21st minute of the match. Sleepy Soldiers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frits Cromefeldt in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Oper in the 25th minute of play forced F.C. Kilisspor's goalkeeper Rocky De Strijcker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Oper's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Rocky De Strijcker skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Octavio Ordono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rocky De Strijcker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rocky De Strijcker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Oper in the 30th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Sleepy Soldiers FC's Manoel da Fonseca seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Manoel da Fonseca the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sleepy Soldiers FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Manoel da Fonseca had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 39 minutes into the game, one of Sleepy Soldiers FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for F.C. Kilisspor. Enzo Wolfdoncx stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joonatan De Vlaeminck. 1-1. In the 43rdth minute of the game Rajmond Ivens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sleepy Soldiers FC's Joonatan De Vlaeminck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Octavio Ordono's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Rocky De Strijcker skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Léo Zanette stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rocky De Strijcker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Ordono in the 50th minute of the match. 51 minutes into the game, Octavio Ordono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rocky De Strijcker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute Sleepy Soldiers FC were awarded a corner. Frits Cromefeldt went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Sleepy Soldiers FC's Frits Cromefeldt to fire away a dangerous shot which Rocky De Strijcker despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. F.C. Kilisspor's Rocky De Strijcker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balu De Hond in the 60th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Octavio Ordono mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sleepy Soldiers FC and the F.C. Kilisspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, F.C. Kilisspor's Benedict Struijf got a free kick in the 61st minute. Rocky De Strijcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Ordono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robin Cuelens charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robin Cuelens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, F.C. Kilisspor's Robin Cuelens got a free kick in the 65th minute. Rocky De Strijcker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Ordono, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Sleepy Soldiers FC got a corner. F.C. Kilisspor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frits Cromefeldt ran over to the corner to take the kick. Balu De Hond hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Rocky De Strijcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balu De Hond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rocky De Strijcker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octavio Ordono's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Octavio Ordono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Balu De Hond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky De Strijcker having to interfere.
