When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Alex Sarangapani took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Yanick Bruyninckx to make any attempt to save it. Roque Aguilar might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yanick Bruyninckx. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roque Aguilar ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Under Construct defense, Roque Aguilar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yanick Bruyninckx. The Under Construct fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yanick Bruyninckx should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Sarangapani in the 24th minute of play forced Under Construct's goalkeeper Yanick Bruyninckx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 11-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Aguilar made a kick off.
