After a rather tough play, Club Brugge's Toninho Vander got a free kick in the 8th minute. Andreas Boegaerts made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when 孔磊傲 sent off a good shot on target. Silviu Corbeanu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Stein Spoelberch came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by fc eendenpad's Bart Vrints. But to his dismay, Bart Vrints quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Steff Van den Berchen hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Club Brugge's Hector Bellerin got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. fc eendenpad's Andreas Boegaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 孔磊傲 in the 25th minute of play. After 31 played minutes fc eendenpad got a freekick which was hit by Kristiaan De Vleeschauwere. Andreas Boegaerts made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Şevket Çağa sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the match, fc eendenpad's goal looked a bit too open when 孔磊傲 came free, but Andreas Boegaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnaba Bara in the 41st minute of play forced Club Brugge's goalkeeper Stein Spoelberch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes Club Brugge's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bart Vrints who took care of the corner kick. fc eendenpad's Bart Vrints was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stein Spoelberch in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Andreas Boegaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pieter Van Landewijck, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th match minute, Club Brugge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henning Ekström to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the match, Club Brugge's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Bara came free, but Stein Spoelberch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. fc eendenpad's Andreas Boegaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pieter Van Landewijck in the 59th minute of play. After 65 played minutes Club Brugge got a freekick which was hit by 孔磊傲. Barnaba Bara struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Stein Spoelberch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fc eendenpad. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bart Vrints got free with Stein Spoelberch in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stein Spoelberch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Bara, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Dimitri Fouquet scored 2-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stein Spoelberch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Club Brugge's Hector Bellerin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andreas Boegaerts narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barnaba Bara during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute, Barnaba Bara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Barnaba Bara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stein Spoelberch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menelaos Markos in the 89th minute of play forced fc eendenpad's goalkeeper Andreas Boegaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stein Spoelberch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Bara in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, fc eendenpad's Barnaba Bara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stein Spoelberch. Stein Spoelberch yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Barnaba Bara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stein Spoelberch having to interfere. Although Club Brugge had been in control for most of the match, fc eendenpad still came away with the win.
