The corner led to The Everett Hawks's Fre van Eijnde getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Barry Van Bever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ludo Vanden Bossche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loui Volens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philippe-Arnaud Heremans in the 15th minute of the match. Loui Volens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdi Mehmet Rakim in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Fre van Eijnde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Everett Hawks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fre van Eijnde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Loui Volens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Mehmet Rakim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barry Van Bever made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in The Everett Hawks's zone, Zdzislaw Pilsudski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludo Vanden Bossche came out of the goal and Zdzislaw Pilsudski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 55 minutes of play, The Everett Hawks's Philippe-Arnaud Heremans made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Loui Volens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Loui Volens made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Fre van Eijnde sent off a good shot on target. Loui Volens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Mehmet Rakim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludo Vanden Bossche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faruk Kaan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in De Beverpatrouille's zone, Andy Van Aghten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loui Volens came out of the goal and Andy Van Aghten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Luke Van Bostraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of De Beverpatrouille booed when The Everett Hawks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Van Aghten didn't get a good kick on the ball.
