In the last second 赵响洲 throw himself and got hold of the ball when 石升 in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 20 minutes 『挑战者』银河俱乐部's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aaron Ramsey who took care of the corner kick. 石升 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but 赵响洲 made a huge save. In the 26th minute 庞德斐 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 楚笑霖 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 庞德斐 in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 楚笑霖 saved Arsenal FC from getting behind. The supporters of 『挑战者』银河俱乐部 booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaapo Lobachevskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the game, 『挑战者』银河俱乐部's 庞德斐 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 楚笑霖 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 庞德斐 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 楚笑霖 having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, 庞德斐 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 楚笑霖 came out of the goal and 庞德斐 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 楚笑霖 came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by 『挑战者』银河俱乐部's 庞德斐. But to his dismay, 庞德斐 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 庞德斐 to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as 『挑战者』银河俱乐部's 庞德斐 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 楚笑霖. That made the score 0-3 after 52 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when 庞德斐 got free with 楚笑霖 in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute 石升 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 赵响洲 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 庞德斐's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 楚笑霖 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. A very nice done corner allowed Bengt Westerberg to score against 楚笑霖 in Arsenal FC's goal. 0-6 after 75 minutes. Arsenal FC made a substitution. Jack Wilshere replaced Aaron Ramsey. 楚笑霖 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 庞德斐, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenal FC's 赵竞朋 was substituted for 钱弘鹰.
