The supporters of Golden Lions FC booed when Nusnäs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Gregory didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Lundberg in the 9th minute of play. Ingvar Engman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Durazno, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 12 played minutes Nusnäs IF got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Berg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Lundberg in the 16th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loco Durazno scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingvar Engman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Loco Durazno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingvar Engman was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Arne Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Loco Durazno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 36 minutes Nusnäs IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Walter Closet who took care of the corner kick. In the 37th minute of the match Golden Lions FC got a corner. Nusnäs IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Walter Closet ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Bebben Johansson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ingvar Engman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hazım Tuğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Hazım Tuğlu scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingvar Engman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arne Lundberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Nusnäs IF's Ingvar Engman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Durazno in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Durazno in the 60th minute of play forced Nusnäs IF's goalkeeper Ingvar Engman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Nusnäs IF's Svenne Berka got a free kick in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Loco Durazno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ingvar Engman, 0-3. Golden Lions FC's İbrahim Efe Topdemir was substituted for Hazım Tuğlu. Anders Lundqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Lundberg in the 72nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Golden Lions FC's Ingvar Engman threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from İbrahim Efe Topdemir, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svenne Berka in the 74th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svenne Berka in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Mats Nyström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingvar Engman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Golden Lions FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nusnäs IF.
