The supporters of Gnuville BK booed when IFK Kristineberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Modig didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Niklas Bröms sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Sandell skillfully saved the ball. Ted Björkqvist made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 16thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Johannes Söderström would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 17th minute, Siphokazi Steyn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Kristineberg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 21 minutes into the match, IFK Kristineberg's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Ödmann came free, but Georg Sandell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Ted Björkqvist could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Johannes Söderström however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Algot Esbjörnsson during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siphokazi Steyn in the 29th minute of play forced Gnuville BK's goalkeeper Johannes Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Niklas Bröms shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Sandell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 34 in the game by Siphokazi Steyn from a close distance when the talented Johannes Söderström managed to make a qualified save. Gnuville BK's players were relieved. Göran Öman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Johannes Söderström made a huge save. When Ted Björkqvist came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the IFK Kristineberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Björkqvist couldn't finish the play. Siphokazi Steyn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Johannes Söderström made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Gnuville BK's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Öman came free, but Johannes Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Folke Strömberg kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Georg Sandell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgny Bergfeldt in the 44th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Niklas Bröms got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Georg Sandell quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ted Björkqvist got free with Johannes Söderström in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ted Björkqvist made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Gnuville BK's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Öman came free, but Johannes Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Håkan Billström's late challenge caught a IFK Kristineberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Håkan Billström helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ted Björkqvist in the 53rd minute of play forced Gnuville BK's goalkeeper Johannes Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Gnuville BK getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. George Drake hit a great ball. Georg Sandell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Bergfeldt in the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Gnuville BK's Håkan Billström seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Håkan Billström the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gnuville BK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Håkan Billström had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. IFK Kristineberg made a substitution. Verner Eliasson replaced Siphokazi Steyn. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Gnuville BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of IFK Kristineberg:s goal. In the 70th minute Göran Öman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Mark Ahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, IFK Kristineberg's Mauricio Lando made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johannes Söderström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Torgny Bergfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens-Åke Olsmann's late challenge caught a IFK Kristineberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
