In the 26th minute, Celedonio Dominguez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wang Peng Zhi. The goal made the score 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Matildo Eagle came free, but Holger Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Hammarby IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Matildo Eagle couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Bosse Larsson made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gösta Söderberg immediately put the ball in play. 57 minutes into the game, Hammarby IF's Jonas Hök nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wang Peng Zhi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Six Pac FC booed when Hammarby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Dominguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Manolito Cano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Hammarby IF's Holger Vester got control of the ball when Ubaldo Matildo Eagle tried to sneak it across the goal line. Six Pac FC's Arda Baybars Oğuzalp got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hammarby IF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
