Jonathan Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Totti in the 8th minute of the match. The supporters of Billesholm booed when Hammarby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bosse Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Orozco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Dominguez went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as LeBron Puck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Holger Vester. That made the score 1-1 in the 20 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hammarby IF's zone, LeBron Puck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Holger Vester came out of the goal and LeBron Puck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LeBron Puck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Holger Vester read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Billesholm's LeBron Puck ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Holger Vester. Holger Vester yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After 36 played minutes Hammarby IF got a freekick which was hit by Bosse Larsson. Gösta Söderberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Celedonio Dominguez made the kick off in the second half. Billesholm's Jonathan Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Dominguez in the 54th minute of play. After 55 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Felix Berglund. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francesco Totti got free with Jonathan Orozco in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bosse Larsson got a throw-in 64 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Frans Mossberg. Jonathan Orozco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Dominguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The supporters of Hammarby IF booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Berglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Billesholm made a substitution. Lars Larsson replaced Eugeniusz Huchro. After a rather tough play, Billesholm's Felix Berglund got a free kick in the 69th minute. Jonathan Orozco made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Gösta Söderberg sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Ahlström in the 78th minute of play forced Hammarby IF's goalkeeper Holger Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute of the match, Francesco Totti got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Orozco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jonathan Orozco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Dominguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hammarby IF made a substitution. Karl-Johan Sundén replaced Francesco Totti. The throw-in from Bosse Larsson in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Billesholm's Abdulkerim Bardakçı. 94 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Klas Ahlström came free, but Holger Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ola Bremming kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Hammarby IF's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Billesholm had won, even though Hammarby IF had held more of the ball.
