Sakarias Bocklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Skott in the 12th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ronny Skott had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sakarias Bocklund. SSC Napoli's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronny Skott was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Ronnys Lärjungar getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Gunnar Sundberg hit a great ball. Walter Lindholm, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sakarias Bocklund came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Ronnys Lärjungar's Ronny Skott. But to his dismay, Ronny Skott quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Sakarias Bocklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronny Skott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of SSC Napoli booed when Ronnys Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peder Tönnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Manny Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Preben Kaagaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ove Trillkott. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Preben Kaagaard ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

50 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's goal looked a bit too open when Manny Gol came free, but Ove Trillkott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manny Gol took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ove Trillkott. Ove Trillkott dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 55 minutes of play, SSC Napoli's Gökçek Mutlutekin made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ove Trillkott was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ronnys Lärjungar made a substitution. Bengt-Åke Clementsson replaced Peder Tönnberg. In the 64th minute SSC Napoli were awarded a corner. Walter Lindholm went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by 马誉晨 in the 68th minute of play forced Ronnys Lärjungar's goalkeeper Ove Trillkott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronnys Lärjungar's Ove Trillkott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 马誉晨 in the 70th minute of play. Ove Trillkott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clark Reuterwall in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, SSC Napoli's Manny Gol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ove Trillkott made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. A collision led to Ronnys Lärjungar getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Albin Bengtsson hit a great ball. Ove Trillkott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manny Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Preben Kaagaard hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. SSC Napoli's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
