In the 2nd match minute, Al-Slottshöjden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Hellbom to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peder Tönnberg got free with Adilson do Vale in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute, Hugo Söderkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ove Trillkott was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie Clement in the 14th minute of play forced Ronnys Lärjungar's goalkeeper Ove Trillkott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Trillkott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reggie Clement in the 14th minute of play. Per-Arne Barck kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Josef Hellbom shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ove Trillkott showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ove Trillkott didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Åke Ahlbeck went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ove Trillkott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Söderkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Hellbom came free, but Ove Trillkott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Per-Arne Barck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ronnys Lärjungar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al-Slottshöjden the free kick. Per-Arne Barck hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's goal looked a bit too open when Reggie Clement came free, but Ove Trillkott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Ronnys Lärjungar's Peder Tönnberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 37th minute Reggie Clement shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Trillkott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute Al-Slottshöjden were awarded a corner. Josef Hellbom went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Al-Slottshöjden's Josef Hellbom to fire away a dangerous shot which Ove Trillkott despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronny Skott to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Ronnys Lärjungar got a freekick which was hit by Orvar Glanselius. Ove Trillkott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reggie Clement, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Ronnys Lärjungar's Eric Ivarsson was substituted for Wiktor Löfkvist. Ove Trillkott didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reggie Clement went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Orvar Glanselius put in a rough tackle. After a defensive mix-up in Ronnys Lärjungar's zone, Josef Hellbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ove Trillkott came out of the goal and Josef Hellbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eric Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Ronnys Lärjungar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hugo Söderkvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ronnys Lärjungar's Ove Trillkott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Ahlbeck in the 76th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Kåre Mattsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ronnys Lärjungar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al-Slottshöjden the free kick. Al-Slottshöjden made a substitution. Isak Deckbergh replaced Klas Falk. Kåre Mattsson hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute of the match, Hugo Söderkvist tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ove Trillkott saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 89th match minute, Al-Slottshöjden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Påk to maneuver through the defense. When Hugo Söderkvist came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Al-Slottshöjden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Söderkvist couldn't finish the play. Al-Slottshöjden played a much better game than Ronnys Lärjungar and deserved their victory. The Ronnys Lärjungar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
