The audience was convinced that Valter Mellin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorio Froila was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Honorio Froila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valter Mellin in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Cheetah Team's Dick Forssell made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valter Mellin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honorio Froila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Forssell in the 23rd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Cheetah Team's Dick Forssell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorio Froila made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 27 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's goalkeeper Claes Caspersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per-Oskar Nykvist. 30 minutes in the game Tim Lindström did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Edvard Forss. After 32 minutes of play, Cheetah Team's Valter Mellin made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Honorio Froila was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute Dick Forssell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Froila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes Besiktas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Egon Ahlbom who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Sivert Nord almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Besiktas's Honorio Froila did a great save. Cheetah Team's Egon Ahlbom was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Honorio Froila in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Valter Mellin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorio Froila was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 44th minute Cheetah Team were awarded a corner. Egon Ahlbom went to the cornerflag to take it. After 46 minutes of play, Cheetah Team's Valter Mellin made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Honorio Froila was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dick Forssell to strike the kick off in the second half. Honorio Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valter Mellin in the 52nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Besiktas defense, Valter Mellin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorio Froila. The Besiktas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorio Froila should have stopped the shot. When Cheetah Team's Valter Mellin in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Besiktas's goalie prevented a goal. After 61 played minutes Cheetah Team got a freekick which was hit by Valter Mellin. Valter Mellin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Honorio Froila having to make a save. Honorio Froila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Mellin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorio Froila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valter Mellin's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Besiktas's Honorio Froila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valter Mellin in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valter Mellin in the 67th minute of play forced Besiktas's goalkeeper Honorio Froila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Valter Mellin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheetah Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valter Mellin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Valter Mellin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorio Froila was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Dick Forssell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Honorio Froila having to make a save. 79 minutes into the game, Dick Forssell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Honorio Froila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, Besiktas's goalkeeper Honorio Froila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dick Forssell. Cheetah Team's Tim Askberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tim Lindström in the 87 minute of the game. After 90 played minutes Valter Mellin rounded Besiktas's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. When the final whistle sounded Cheetah Team left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Besiktas.
