Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Mellbystrand IK's Daniel Alrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Bäckman in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Mellbystrand IK defense, Melker Bäckman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Alrot. The Mellbystrand IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Alrot should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute, Tobias Ekeberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mellbystrand IK's Daniel Alrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Bäckman in the 23rd minute of play. After 23 played minutes Mellbystrand IK got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Nordin. Daniel Alrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Ekeberg in the 27th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, IKS Norrköping's Simon Dahlman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Alrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 34thth minute of the game Tobias Ekeberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mellbystrand IK's Daniel Alrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When IKS Norrköping's Tobias Ekeberg in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mellbystrand IK's goalie prevented a goal. Emanuel Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Brogren in the 37th minute of the match. Daniel Alrot came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by IKS Norrköping's Tobias Ekeberg. But to his dismay, Tobias Ekeberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. IKS Norrköping's Elvio Parrondo got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of IKS Norrköping booed when Mellbystrand IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilton França didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Tobias Ekeberg notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Mellbystrand IK's Daniel Alrot. Daniel Alrot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Brogren was the one to do the kick off. The IKS Norrköping fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when IKS Norrköping's Melker Bäckman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobias Ekeberg in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Alrot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melker Bäckman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Daniel Alrot firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 59th minute, Björn Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Alrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Ekeberg in the 60th minute of the match. Daniel Alrot made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Patrick Rosendal sent off a good shot on target. IKS Norrköping's Melker Bäckman was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Mellbystrand IK's Candido Urbes was substituted for Björn Ekström. When Tobias Ekeberg came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the IKS Norrköping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Ekeberg couldn't finish the play. IKS Norrköping's Lars Sörman was substituted for Tobias Ekeberg. A collision led to Mellbystrand IK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Vasil Krezhov hit a great ball. With a little luck, Mellbystrand IK's Daniel Alrot got control of the ball when Melker Bäckman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as IKS Norrköping's Simon Dahlman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Alrot. That made the score 0-7 after 83 minutes of play. Mellbystrand IK's Daniel Alrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Sörman in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Mellbystrand IK's goalkeeper Daniel Alrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Dahlman. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Pelle Jönsätt got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-8. 90 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mellbystrand IK booed when IKS Norrköping was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Dahlman didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Mellbystrand IK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Joakim Mattsson hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, one of Mellbystrand IK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mellbystrand IK. IKS Norrköping played a much better game than Mellbystrand IK and deserved their victory. The Mellbystrand IK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
