Alex Svanberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Svanberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. BK Gubbhöft were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Hallands Riviera's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ciro Incendio took the corner. After a rather tough play, BK Gubbhöft's Bernard Solarek got a free kick in the 16th minute. Alex Svanberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Salkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Hallands Riviera's Zachariasz Ptaszek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isaac Jonasson. Isaac Jonasson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Rickard Björkman fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hallands Riviera's protests and gave Rickard Björkman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hallands Riviera getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Rickard Björkman hit a great ball. Valter Berglund might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaac Jonasson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valter Berglund ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute Ove Salkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Svanberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Svanberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ove Salkvist's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Brian Alströmmer with Bernard Solarek as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ove Salkvist in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Svanberg saved Hallands Riviera from getting behind. Brian Alströmmer got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ove Salkvist. After a rather tough play, Hallands Riviera's Lance Carey got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Ove Salkvist made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Zachariasz Ptaszek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hallands Riviera's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachariasz Ptaszek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Jonasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alex Svanberg made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Ove Salkvist sent off a good shot on target.
