Gustaf Lövkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Bengt-Åke Asserlind could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Gustaf Lövkvist however easily saved by the left post. A well-hit corner resulted in Óscar Fux heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 15 minutes, Lupe Castañeda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nykvarn and the Stolpskott IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Lupe Castañeda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaf Lövkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Daly in the 18th minute of the match. Gustaf Lövkvist made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when John Daly sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st match minute, Nykvarn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Åke Asserlind to maneuver through the defense. Michel Kinell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Dahlquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John Daly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Lövkvist having to interfere. Michel Kinell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Dahlquist in the 26th minute of the match. Nykvarn's Michel Kinell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Hansson in the 28th minute of play. Paul Hansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Stolpskott IF's Lars-Erik Fogel got a free kick in the 32nd minute. John Daly's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Gustaf Lövkvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 41st minute, Óscar Fux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, John Daly took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gustaf Lövkvist to make any attempt to save it. John Daly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oskar Henriksson to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Bengt-Åke Asserlind got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kaká Fenomeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaf Lövkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaká Fenomeno in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Kaká Fenomeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaf Lövkvist. Stolpskott IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaká Fenomeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Gustaf Lövkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaká Fenomeno's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Gustaf Lövkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Daly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Óscar Fux hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Stolpskott IF's Erik Bure shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Michel Kinell but with some difficulty. John Daly might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaf Lövkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Daly ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stolpskott IF's goalkeeper Gustaf Lövkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Stolpskott IF's goal looked a bit too open when John Daly came free, but Gustaf Lövkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match Nykvarn got a corner. Stolpskott IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gunnar Brodin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Nykvarn's corner Óscar Fux fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustaf Lövkvist quite easily take care of the ball. If John Daly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Óscar Fux took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gustaf Lövkvist. Stolpskott IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gustaf Lövkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Fenomeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nykvarn fans cheered their team off the field, for while Stolpskott IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
