With a little luck, MAFFIAN's Kjell-Arne Hultman got control of the ball when Sepo Kroonpea tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Archie Ambriz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell-Arne Hultman. MAFFIAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Archie Ambriz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mark Widberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without István Fejes having to interfere. There was no doubt that AC Superstar were the better team. AC Superstar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
