When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Germán Kanø sped through The Mongols's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arvin Björkman. 22 minutes into the match, Finninge Fotboll's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Fredriksson came free, but Fredric Ahlén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernt Fredriksson in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fredric Ahlén, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Germán Kanø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henning Kempf was slow to take the kick. During this time Finninge Fotboll's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Finninge Fotboll's Henning Kempf to fire away a dangerous shot which Arvin Björkman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Nicolas Geleberto in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Finninge Fotboll's Karl Biörnberg. Arvin Björkman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Biörnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Germán Kanø was the one to do the kick off. In the 66th minute, Nicolas Geleberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Mongols's Isak Gustafsson was substituted for Izydor Wydrych. A collision led to The Mongols getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Nicolas Geleberto hit a great ball. When Nicolas Geleberto fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Mongols's protests and gave Nicolas Geleberto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Finninge Fotboll booed when The Mongols was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Geleberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Fredriksson took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fredric Ahlén. Fredric Ahlén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The Mongols made a substitution. Doug Las Casas replaced Abbe Muçollari. If Germán Kanø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fredric Ahlén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doug Las Casas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute of the match The Mongols got a corner. Finninge Fotboll's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isak Gustafsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on The Mongols's corner Isak Gustafsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fredric Ahlén quite easily take care of the ball. Bernt Fredriksson hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the game, The Mongols's Bernt Fredriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fredric Ahlén made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Bernt Fredriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Mongols's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernt Fredriksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fredric Ahlén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernt Fredriksson in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredric Ahlén saved Finninge Fotboll from getting behind. In the 95th minute, Bernt Fredriksson made a precise shot to the right of Fredric Ahlén. Finninge Fotboll's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Finninge Fotboll's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
