The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Domingues got free with Simon Bergsten in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cesar Domingues let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 6th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. With an all-out effort, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Simon Bergsten threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cesar Domingues, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 17 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Simon Bergsten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Domingues. Ronny Åkerman's late challenge caught a Mörknäs Electric Vikings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronny Åkerman helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mörknäs Electric Vikings booed when HEJA ESLÖV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronny Åkerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Bergsten had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Cesar Domingues's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cesar Domingues scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Bergsten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bengt-Rune Kämpe charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bengt-Rune Kämpe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes HEJA ESLÖV got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Kämpe. Cesar Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Bergsten having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Cesar Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Bergsten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th match minute, HEJA ESLÖV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Rune Kämpe to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Domingues in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Cristo Danel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Bergsten having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell August Mattsson to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Domingues came free, but Simon Bergsten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruce Wayne had great luck who in the 56thth minute grab hold of the ball when August Mattsson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 58th minute of the match HEJA ESLÖV got a corner. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ion Stârcea ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on HEJA ESLÖV's corner Ion Stârcea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bruce Wayne quite easily take care of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Cristo Danel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Cristo Danel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Danel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 83 minutes of play HEJA ESLÖV's Felix Bergstedt was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jack Ekenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Simon Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Ekenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
