Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joseph Holmberg in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rasmus Sigman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fábio Brites could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ronnie Meck made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Samba Fotboll U21's Kamil Reizers got a free kick in the 37th minute. Newcastle United F.C.'s Rasmus Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Holmberg in the 39th minute of play. Ronnie Meck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joakim Vennerlund in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, Joar Åberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Kevin Norström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kamil Reizers was the one to do the kick off. The corner led Samba Fotboll U21's Kevin Norström to fire away a dangerous shot which Rasmus Sigman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 74th minute of the match Newcastle United F.C. got a corner. Samba Fotboll U21's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joar Åberg ran over to the corner to take the kick.
