An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Brummer in the 5th minute of play forced Newcastle United F.C.'s goalkeeper Rasmus Sigman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattias Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Brites, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Newcastle United F.C.'s Rasmus Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Brummer in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Newcastle United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Brummer came free, but Rasmus Sigman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo Pedersson hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Pelle Smedfeldt notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Newcastle United F.C.'s Rasmus Sigman. Rasmus Sigman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save StraX Xenon FC from getting a goal against them. Fábio Brites took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattias Olofsson. Mattias Olofsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Brites in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 50 minutes of play, Newcastle United F.C.'s Joakim Vennerlund made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mattias Olofsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 53rd minute, StraX Xenon FC's Jakob Palmkvist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rasmus Sigman. Rasmus Sigman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Rickard Brodin took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattias Olofsson. Mattias Olofsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 64th minute Joakim Vennerlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute Jakob Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Sigman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fábio Brites was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Jakob Palmkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Rasmus Sigman made a huge save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
