Iwan Kasiewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Gunnar Jakobsson made a huge save. 5 minutes into the game, Jörgen Levander lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Gunnar Jakobsson. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Roberto-Carlos da Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kurdistan's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto-Carlos da Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Jakobsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 11 played minutes FK Crvena Zvezda got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Giöck. Gunnar Jakobsson made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Fredric Hybbert sent off a good shot on target. FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after FK Crvena Zvezda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto-Carlos da Silva took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Fredric Hybbert managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gunnar Jakobsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jörgen Levander went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Fredric Hybbert might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gunnar Jakobsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fredric Hybbert ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Jörgen Levander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gunnar Jakobsson was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. The corner led FC Kurdistan's Yin Yun Fan to fire away a dangerous shot which Gunnar Jakobsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Claes Bratt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alaaddin Solskjær having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, FK Crvena Zvezda's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörgen Levander. Jörgen Levander's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gunnar Jakobsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. FK Crvena Zvezda's Gunnar Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Hybbert in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, FK Crvena Zvezda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by You Lei Zheng to maneuver through the defense. FC Kurdistan's Lars Bammerman was substituted for Jörgen Levander. In the 39th minute of the match, Lars Bammerman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gunnar Jakobsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lars Bammerman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Gunnar Jakobsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gunnar Jakobsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gunnar Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Bammerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Lars Bammerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 58 minutes into the match, FK Crvena Zvezda's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Bammerman came free, but Gunnar Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Bammerman in the 60th minute of play forced FK Crvena Zvezda's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, FC Kurdistan's Lars Bammerman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gunnar Jakobsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Gunnar Jakobsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars Bammerman's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Gunnar Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Bammerman in the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match FC Kurdistan got a corner. FK Crvena Zvezda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roberto-Carlos da Silva ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström was substituted for Lars Bammerman. 78 minutes into the game, Lars Sundström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Gunnar Jakobsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Lars Sundström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gunnar Jakobsson was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 90th minute Iwan Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner. Roberto-Carlos da Silva went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Keefer Carragher advanced and headed the ball into goal, 9-0 in the 92nd minute. FK Crvena Zvezda's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
