Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kamil Reizers to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute Viktor Sillén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alaaddin Solskjær saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Samba Fotboll U21's goalkeeper Ronnie Meck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Sundström. FC Kurdistan's Lars Bammerman was substituted for Lars Sundström. In the 71st minute, Elias Meck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fredric Hybbert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ronnie Meck made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Lars Bammerman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ronnie Meck. That made the score 1-3 in the 79 minute of play. Samba Fotboll U21's Ronnie Meck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Samba Fotboll U21 from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jörgen Levander got free with Ronnie Meck in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Samba Fotboll U21's Wictor Gustavsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlos-Alberto Bayona in the 90 minute of the game. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Kurdistan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
