But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Lindgren couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Hökkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torbjörn Tingberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 80th minute, Torbjörn Tingberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonny Almqvist, passed just outside the right post. Jonny Almqvist came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Vallentuna Kickers's Gunnar Nordlander. But to his dismay, Gunnar Nordlander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Jonny Almqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Tingberg in the 84th minute of play. Torbjörn Tingberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jonny Almqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thor Grönberg kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Gunnar Nordlander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonny Almqvist. The goal made the score 0-11. Thomas Termander kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Vallentuna Kickers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hudiksvalls United.
