The nice shot from Jim Lundström in the 3rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ulf Skoog had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After 5 minutes, Attila Kádár made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Björklinge BK's Hodei Sordo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Björklinge BK booed when Stardust Unicorns XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. 김 남 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Stardust Unicorns XI's zone, Walter Wennerlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulf Skoog came out of the goal and Walter Wennerlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Attila Kádár blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hodei Sordo having to make a save. Hodei Sordo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Kádár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Björklinge BK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Andreas Sjödin hit a great ball. Ulf Skoog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Walmarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hodei Sordo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Attila Kádár went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute, Rikard Walmarsson had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Rune Nord during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Björklinge BK's Martin Öberg was substituted for Rikard Walmarsson. After 37 played minutes Stardust Unicorns XI got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Nord. Attila Kádár blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hodei Sordo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attila Kádár in the 41st minute of play forced Björklinge BK's goalkeeper Hodei Sordo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulf Skoog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Öberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Hodei Sordo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Kádár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Attila Kádár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Björklinge BK's Hodei Sordo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Björklinge BK from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attila Kádár in the 60th minute of play forced Björklinge BK's goalkeeper Hodei Sordo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Stardust Unicorns XI's Bengt-Rune Nord seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bengt-Rune Nord the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Stardust Unicorns XI protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bengt-Rune Nord had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 63 minutes into the game, one of Stardust Unicorns XI:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Stardust Unicorns XI's Attila Kádár got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ulf Skoog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Lundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stardust Unicorns XI's Ulf Skoog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Lundström in the 85th minute of play. 김 남 hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Attila Kádár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 94 minutes, Attila Kádár managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stardust Unicorns XI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attila Kádár was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Stardust Unicorns XI getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Rocky Thunderbolt hit a great ball. The Stardust Unicorns XI supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Stardust Unicorns XI would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
