The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Swedish Airline Team's Vihren Dandov got control of the ball when Egil Eagle tried to sneak it across the goal line. Egil Eagle made a great header on Elefanterna's corner, it was just that Swedish Airline Team's Vihren Dandov managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 11th minute Egil Eagle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vihren Dandov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Swedish Airline Team's Joel Nordal in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elefanterna's goalie prevented a goal. Sven-Olof Palmquist was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 16th minute, Hjalmar Hjort got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute of the match, Hjalmar Hjort tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vihren Dandov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Hjalmar Hjort took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Vihren Dandov to make any attempt to save it. Vihren Dandov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Eagle in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Swedish Airline Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Åke Petersson to maneuver through the defense. Vihren Dandov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egil Eagle, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Vihren Dandov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egil Eagle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Olof Palmquist in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ove Orm saved Elefanterna from getting behind. In the 40thth minute of the game Sven-Olof Palmquist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elefanterna's Ove Orm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ove Orm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Nordal's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Vihren Dandov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Åkesson in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Swedish Airline Team's Vihren Dandov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Eagle in the 51st minute of play. When Elefanterna's Egil Eagle in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Swedish Airline Team's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Swedish Airline Team's Joel Nordal got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Hjalmar Hjort shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vihren Dandov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vihren Dandov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Eagle in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egil Eagle in the 64th minute of play forced Swedish Airline Team's goalkeeper Vihren Dandov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vihren Dandov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Åkesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Ove Orm managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Swedish Airline Team's Joel Nordal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Olov Åkesson succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Hjalmar Hjort took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vihren Dandov. Vihren Dandov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Egil Eagle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vihren Dandov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egil Eagle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Swedish Airline Team defense, Olov Åkesson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vihren Dandov. The Swedish Airline Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vihren Dandov should have stopped the shot. Swedish Airline Team's Vihren Dandov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Åkesson in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Rickard Hjälm notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Swedish Airline Team's Vihren Dandov. Vihren Dandov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egil Eagle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 minutes of play, Elefanterna's Olov Åkesson made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vihren Dandov was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Elefanterna players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
