An unexpectedly hard shot by Rähim Sterling in the 12th minute of play forced Kälvesta IOF's goalkeeper Hugo Sikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goalkeeper Erik Skog had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lionel-Andrés Messias. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rähim Sterling in the 18th minute of play forced Kälvesta IOF's goalkeeper Hugo Sikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Garphyttan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Garphyttan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Ronny Rau scored to the left of an out of position Erik Skog, making the score, 1-1. In the 23rd minute Gheorghe Muntian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Skog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Skog was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zsolt Várdai showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 34 minute of play. Kälvesta IOF's Hugo Sikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Kvalfält in the 36th minute of play. Erik Skog made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zsolt Várdai in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's Donato de Salles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Sikström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Kälvesta IOF defense, Donato de Salles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Sikström. The Kälvesta IOF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Sikström should have stopped the shot. Klas Samuelsson replaced Gheorghe Muntian. Mattias Beckeman charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mattias Beckeman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 81 minutes into the game, one of Kälvesta IOF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hugo Sikström went to the wrong direction when Jim Kellman was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albin Bergström got free with Hugo Sikström in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik Skog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messias in the 86th minute of play. A collision led to Kälvesta IOF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Samuel Gunnarsson hit a great ball. The Garphyttan players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Kälvesta IOF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
