Överås BK's Jan Karlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Björkman in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Ånger in the 13th minute of play forced Överås BK's goalkeeper Jan Karlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Kellberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Nordmark read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Tobias Kellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Nordmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alexander Ånger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Kellberg in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Blueskatterna's goalkeeper André Nordmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, FC Blueskatterna's Peter Björkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Karlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC Blueskatterna's Peter Björkman got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of Överås BK booed when FC Blueskatterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ola Haegg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ludvig Alebeck took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for André Nordmark to make any attempt to save it. Jan Karlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Björkman went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Östen Wik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt Hedbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Blueskatterna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Tobias Kellberg scored to the left of an out of position André Nordmark, making the score, 2-2. André Nordmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Kellberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The supporters of Överås BK booed when FC Blueskatterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ola Haegg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andreas Bark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Karlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Björkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Eric Hjälm kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Eric Hjälm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Överås BK's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Björkman came free, but Jan Karlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Karlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludwig Lindström, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the Överås BK defense, Peter Björkman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Karlberg. The Överås BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Karlberg should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Tobias Kellberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Nordmark was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Jan Karlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Björkman went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. André Nordmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Fransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute of the match, Inge Dahlbom got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jan Karlberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Överås BK's Jan Karlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Björkman in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to FC Blueskatterna getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Nils Falkrans hit a great ball.
