Henning Flink hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Lundin in the 4th minute of play forced Glemmingebro IF's goalkeeper Magni Buffone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magni Buffone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Skarkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After some careless play in the Glemmingebro IF defense, Petter Skarkman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magni Buffone. The Glemmingebro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magni Buffone should have stopped the shot. In the 12th minute, Michael Näver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Glemmingebro IF getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Eduardo Camavinga hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Petter Skarkman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magni Buffone was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Bolo Skjold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harald Vallander, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harald Vallander got free with Bolo Skjold in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute Petter Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magni Buffone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Protegéerna's Petter Skarkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magni Buffone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Glemmingebro IF's goalkeeper Magni Buffone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Protegéerna's Bolo Skjold got control of the ball when Harald Vallander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henning Flink kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Glemmingebro IF defense, Petter Skarkman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magni Buffone. The Glemmingebro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magni Buffone should have stopped the shot. Bolo Skjold made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harald Vallander in the 43rd minute. After 44 minutes of play, Protegéerna's Petter Skarkman made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magni Buffone was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harald Vallander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Harald Vallander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bolo Skjold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Vallander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Glemmingebro IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Peter Sjöström in the 59th minute. The throw-in from Henning Flink in the 61st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Protegéerna's Cosme Demesio. Magni Buffone was a little too slow when Petter Skarkman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-7. 67 minutes into the match, Glemmingebro IF's Harald Vallander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bolo Skjold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 69 minutes of play, Glemmingebro IF's Harald Vallander made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bolo Skjold was left in no man's land by his defense there! Protegéerna's Christer Nyberg was substituted for Jakob Lundin. 74 minutes into the game, Petter Skarkman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Magni Buffone. Petter Skarkman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. Protegéerna made a substitution. Andres Lander replaced Fernando Arango. In the 78th minute of the match, Petter Skarkman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Magni Buffone was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Christer Nyberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magni Buffone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Glemmingebro IF getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Peter Sjöström hit a great ball. Magni Buffone made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Petter Skarkman sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute Protegéerna were awarded a corner. Michael Näver went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Michael Näver got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Magni Buffone quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Petter Skarkman took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Magni Buffone to make any attempt to save it.
